Londoners Celebrate Hamas Attack on Israel, Tension After Viral Video

Palestine’s Hamas terrorists killed more than 300 people in their attack against Israel on Saturday. Israelis were horrified when Hamas fired 5,000 rockets in 20 minutes. Israeli PM Netanyahu has talked about a declaration of war. This war between Israel and Palestine has divided the world into two camps. While Iran and Pakistan are seen with Hamas in the war, many countries, including the UK and India, have discussed maintaining friendship with Israel.

After Iran, pictures of celebrations have surfaced from London. People in London are celebrating the terrorist attack on Israel. The surprising thing is that even though the UK stands with Israel, why are people supporting Hamas? After this incident, police have increased patrolling in London.

The war has started between Israel and Palestine’s Hamas terrorists. In response to Hamas’s rocket fire, Israel has demolished several multi-storey buildings in the Gaza Strip. The latest information has been received that at least 400 people from both countries have been killed, and thousands have been injured.

On the other hand, celebrations are being held in the streets of London after the blasts carried out by Hamas in Israel. Such posts are being shared on social media. In a tweet on Sunday, the Metropolitan Department of London said, “We are aware of several incidents, including those shared on social media, about the ongoing border conflict with Israel and Gaza.”

“We are aware that the ongoing conflict will likely lead to protests in the coming days,” London Police said. “We will ensure an appropriate policing plan is in place to balance Londoners’ right to protest against any disruption,” the police said.

Videos have surfaced on social media in which people in London are celebrating the attack on Israel with Palestinian flags. Countdown on X presenter Rachel Riley posted a video, writing: “People have been brutally murdered, kidnapped, and people are dancing in London.”

Police Increased Patrolling In London

The police notification came to light after Immigration Minister Robert Jenrick retweeted the video shared by Riley, The Guardian reports. The Metropolitan Department said patrols had been increased to reassure communities about police presence.

Earlier, reports also claimed that there were celebrations in Iran, calling Hamas’ move a “glorious operation”.
