Japan Will Give Training To 1000 Indian Engineers, Decision Taken Due To Bullet Train Project

Japan Bullet Train: Work on the Bullet train has been going on in India for the last several years. Japan’s Railway Technical Services (JARTS) is helping with this project. A team of 20 specialists from Japan Railway Technical Services (JARTS) is training 1000 Indian engineers and technicians on high-speed rail (HSR) track laying for the T-2 237 km Vapi-Vadodara package of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad HSR corridor.

The Japanese company is working on the technology of making slab tracks without ballast to make the track workable for a long time under the bullet train project. Japanese officials said only trained and certified engineers/technicians would work at the site to make the track.

Japan Railway Technical Services (JARTS) will also help transfer the Shinkansen HSR technology required for the HSR technology railway track. Railway tracks can be made with the HSR technology system only. Accuracy is also necessary, along with a high level, which will help give Shinkansen itself. The Japanese company is working on 15 different tracks.

For this, people will be trained on the management methods on the site. Track slab-making works at these sites include concrete track-bed-making methods. The Japanese company will do the work of providing the necessary training and ideas for all these things. For this, a training facility with three trail lines has also been specially started at Surat Depot.
