Kim Jong’s New Hobby, After The Nuclear Missile Test, Now This Is His Great Desire

In recent times, North Korean dictator Kim Jong has troubled neighbouring countries like South Korea and Japan by conducting missile tests—North Korean dictator Kim Jong keeps testing nuclear missiles daily. There was a desire for nuclear bombs, which North Korea acquired in 2006. After this, in 2011, Kim Jong took over the reins. Now Kim Jong has a new hobby; he wants North Korea to have an ‘intelligence’ satellite.

Recently, Kim Jong tested the country’s first intelligence satellite. However, he did not get success. In fact, on May 31, North Korea launched the intelligence Maligyong-1 satellite with a rocket named Chollima-1. North Korea was sending the intelligence satellite into orbit through the multi-stage rocket Cholima-1. But as soon as the rocket reached the second stage, it fell into the Yellow Sea along with the satellite.

Why Does North Korea Need An Intelligence Satellite?

The dictator of North Korea wants to acquire the intelligence satellite because North Korea remains at risk of missile attacks from America and South Korea. The intelligence satellite will help avoid a missile attack on South Korea and America if there is a war. North Korea also feels that its every ‘action’ is known to America and South Korea.

In such a situation, the intelligence satellite will help them to succeed in their plans. Through this satellite, North Korea will know from which side the missiles coming towards it are coming. North Korea feels that if ever there is an attack from the US, it will be a nuclear attack. Therefore, adequate security arrangements have to be made.
