US-China Conflict: After coming very close to the American ship in the sky of the South China Sea last month, there would be a collision between the warships of America and China in the Taiwan Strait.
The US has said that a Chinese warship came ‘unsafely’ within 150 yards (137 meters) of the US warship in the Taiwan Strait. US military officials have said that China has tried to shift responsibility to the United States for “deliberately provoking risks” in the region.
Let us tell you that the Taiwan dispute is at its peak, and speculations have been made that China can attack Taiwan anytime, so many Chinese warships and aircraft carriers are constantly present in the Taiwan Strait to protect Taiwan.

Tension Has Increased In Taiwan Strait
The US Indo-Pacific Command issued a statement saying that the US and Canadian navies were conducting a joint exercise on Saturday in the Taiwan Strait, which separates the island of Taiwan from China. Meanwhile, the Chinese ship unsafely crossed before the American missile destroyer Warship Chung-Hoon.
The statement said that the warship Chung-hoon was suddenly forced to reduce speed. Otherwise, the two warships could have collided.
Let us tell you that during the civil war in the year 1949, the democratic leader of China lost the battle with the dangerous leftist leader Mautse Tung and he fled from China to Taiwan island where he formed a democratic government.
These Taiwanese leaders started calling Taiwan itself main China, while the Chinese government claimed Taiwan as its part, and this fight continued. Taiwan’s government maintains that the People’s Republic of China (PRC) has never ruled the island of Taiwan. US President Joe Biden has said the US will defend Taiwan in the event of Chinese aggression. Therefore, this tension is continuously increasing.
At the same time, China has reprimanded the US and Canadian military for conducting military exercises in the Taiwan Strait. China has said that US and Canadian military exercises are provoking China.
Hitting back, the US Indo-Pacific Command said its Chung-Hoon warship and Canada’s Montreal warship were conducting routine transit exercises in the Taiwan Strait when the Chinese vessel came between them.
The US command has said that the Chinese ship’s “closest approach was 150 yards, and its actions violated the maritime ‘rules of the road’ for safe passage in international waters.” The Canadian website Global News broadcasted video footage showing a close encounter between the ships. The Chinese Embassy in Washington did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
