America claims that it will become the biggest strength of the army in the sea, desert and icy battlefield. It is believed that that weapon can be the Caspian Sea Monster.
The Caspian Sea Monster of the Soviet Union era ruled the sea during the Cold War. It was a ground-effect vehicle that talked to the waves and had the features of a warship and cargo ship. Its use was discontinued with the disintegration of the Soviet Union in the 1990s.

Now, after 34 years, America is working on such a monster of the sea, which will be able to carry out operations not only in the sea but also in deserts and icy areas in the coming years. The weapon is named Liberty Lifter, which can carry over 81 thousand kg of payload. Its speed can be more than 325 km per hour.
Liberty Lifter will be the world’s largest cargo ship. Although its technology is similar to the Soviet-era Caspian Sea Monster, it is being made extremely advanced by making many changes. Liberty Lifter will fly a few meters above the sea. Along with this, it will also be able to carry out operations in deserts and snowy areas.

Its biggest feature is that the radar misses it. Due to flying a few meters above the surface, Liberty Lifter will be out of the reach of any radar. However, if needed, it can fly up to 10 thousand feet for some time. Liberty Lifter is a Ground Effect Vehicle, i.e. GEV, also called an ekranoplane.
