Watch IPL 2023 Free On JioCinema: Reliance Jio recently informed us that the Indian Premier League 2023 (IPL) would be streamed live on JioCinema. Indian Premier League 2023 will start on 31 March. The first match of IPL 2023 will be played between Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings. All IPL matches will be streamed online in 4K resolution (UltraHD). Until now, IPL was streamed only on Disney + Hotstar in the country, and it was necessary to have a subscription to watch the match.
Like the FIFA World Cup 2022 Multicam feature, users on JioCinema will also be able to switch between multiple camera angles during all 74 matches. JioPhone users can watch IPL 2023 for free as JioCinema support already exists in this feature phone.
Through the app, users can also check statistics like scores and pitch heat maps on the phone itself. While the users watching the match on the big screen, i.e. TV, will be able to see the complete information along with the game.
Match Streaming Will Be Available in 12 Languages
JioCinema users will be able to stream the match in 12 languages. Users can enjoy the game in multiple languages, including English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali and Bhojpuri. Switching between languages will change the selected language’s commentary, graphics, and figures.
Reliance Jio is also expected to launch the popular Jio Media Cable Accessory soon. Through this cable accessory, people can stream matches using their phones on non-smart TVs without HDMI ports.
However, no information has been given by Reliance in this regard. But reports suggest that the company is working on an affordable virtual reality headset called Jio Drive and virtual reality glasses called Jio Glass. With these devices, users can enjoy IPL in a 360-degree format.
