The Golden Boy has been struggling with injury for some time. Now, his coach has clarified how he is and whether he will participate in the Olympics in Paris.

There Was A Problem In The Thigh Muscles

Neeraj Chopra has suffered from thigh muscle pain for the last few months. According to his German coach, Klaus Bartonietz, his problem is over. Neeraj is practising hard for the Paris Olympics 204. He told PTI, “Everything is going according to plan right now. Currently, Neeraj’s thigh pain is fine; it looks good. Hopefully, it will remain like this until the Olympics.”

Did Not Participate In Diamond League

Only five days remain before the Paris Olympics begin. In such a situation, Neeraj is doing throwing sessions. Chopra felt some problems in his thigh muscles. As a precaution, he withdrew from the Ostrava Golden Spike on May 28. He made a strong comeback by winning the gold medal with a throw of 85.97 meters at the Paavo Nurmi Games in Finland on June 18. He did not participate in the Diamond League on July 7. Neeraj said this event was not part of his competition calendar this year.
