The final match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL Final) was played at Gaddafi Cricket Stadium between Multan Sultans and Lahore Qalandars (LHQ vs MS). Shaheen Afridi-led Lahore Qalandars won the toss and decided to bat first in this match.
Batting first, Lahore Qalandars scored 200 runs at the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. In response, the team led by Mohammad Rizwan could score only 199 runs. Therefore, Lahore Qalandars won the match by one run and the title of PSL Final for the second time.

In this match, Shaheen Afridi, the captain of Lahore Qalandars, showed a great game. First, Afridi wreaked havoc with the bat, hitting 44 runs in 15 balls against Mohammad Rizwan’s team.
In his innings of 44 runs, five sixes and two fours came out of his bat. Due to his fiery innings, the team reached a massive score of 200 runs in a high-pressure match like the final. After this, when Afridi came down to the bowl, he took four wickets in his four-over spell by spending 51 runs.
