Suryakumar Yadav ICC T20 Rankings: Team India’s star batsman Suryakumar Yadav is in great form these days. His impressive performance continues in the T20 World Cup being played in Australia. Based on this, he has made his mark in the T20 rankings of the International Cricket Council (ICC). Whereas former Indian captain Virat Kohli suffered a big loss.
Suryakumar has retained the top spot in the ICC batting rankings. He had reached the top only last time. He had left behind Pakistan wicket-keeper batsman Mohammad Rizwan. Along with Surya, left-arm Indian fast bowler Arshdeep Singh has also made a mark in the T20 bowling rankings.
Arshdeep Also Did A Blast, Reached Number 23
Arshdeep Singh has reached his career-best ranking. He has reached the 23rd position. Suryakumar has scored 225 runs in the T20 World Cup in five matches at a strike rate of close to 200. He remains at the top position with a career-best 869 rating points. Yadav had scored 61 runs in 25 balls in India’s last group match.

Devon Conway of New Zealand is second after him, while Pakistan’s captain Babar Azam is in fourth place. Indian vice-captain KL Rahul has climbed five places to be at 16th position.
Apart from these, former Indian captain, Virat Kohli has suffered a big loss. Kohli has been dropped from the top-10 ranking of batters. Virat Kohli is 11th, and current Indian captain Rohit Sharma is 18th.
Spinner Ashwin Also Took A Long Jump
In bowling, Arshdeep has moved up four places to 23rd, while Shaheen Shah Afridi of Pakistan is one place above him. Spinner R Ashwin has climbed five places to the 13th position.
Sri Lanka’s Wanindu Hasaranga is at the top, who took 15 wickets in this tournament. In the ranking of all-rounders, Zimbabwe’s Sean Williams has reached the top ten.
