The Board of Control for Cricket in India announced a prize money of Rs 125 crore to the Indian team after it won the T20 World Cup. This important announcement before the Paris Olympics boosted the players’ morale. India performed its best in its history in the Tokyo Olympics, and it is expected to break that record in this Olympics.
Indian players are expected to win at least 25 medals in this Olympics. If this happens, the direction of Indian sports will change greatly. The Paris Olympics will start on 26 July and end on 12 August. This time, the Indian team includes 117 players, the maximum number of players who will participate in athletics in this Olympics.
After this, 21 players will participate in shooting, 19 in hockey, 8 in table tennis and 7 in badminton. Apart from this, 6 players each will be seen playing from wrestling, archery, and boxing. 4 players will participate in golf, and 3 players will participate in tennis. At the same time, 2 players each will be seen in swimming and sailing. Each player will participate in horse riding, judo, rowing, and weightlifting.
