You will find many types of kulfi in the market. Whose taste is different, and they are very tasty. But instead of eating kulfi outside daily, you can also make kulfi at home.
If you like to eat kulfi, today we will tell you an easy way to make two types: rose and milk. It will be ready at home quickly. You can make it whenever you want and add a sweetener or other ingredients.
Rose Kulfi
You can make kulfi with rose and mawa. It is very easy to make. First, boil the milk on a low flame, add milk powder, and mix it well. Then, add mawa to it and keep stirring the milk continuously until it is mixed. Add clean rose petals and syrup to the milk and mix well.
After this, add sugar and mix it. After a while, please turn off the gas and set it aside to cool slightly. After it cools down, add dry fruits and mix well. Now, let it cool completely. After this, put it in the freezer, add rose petals, and keep it in the freezer. Your kulfi will be ready.
Milk Kulfi
To make it, boil full-cream milk in a pan. It would be better if the pan were made of aluminium and iron. After this, cook it and keep stirring. Scrape the cream on the side as often as it gets deposited, and mix it in the milk repeatedly. When the milk is reduced to half, add almonds and sugar to it. Now, dissolve corn flour in a bit of water.
After this, when the quantity of milk is reduced to 1/3. Then, add the corn flour solution to it and continue stirring. By doing this, the texture of the milk will become creamy. After the milk boils well, turn off the gas. After this, keep the milk a little cool or keep it at room temperature. Creamy milk is the base of kulfi, and now it is time to freeze it. You can put crushed ice and salt in a big vessel and freeze it by placing the kulfi mould. This will give the exact texture as in the market.
