Ingredients For Making Rice Noodles
- Rice Noodles – 100 Grams
- Onion Chopped Long – 1
- Garlic Clove – 4-5
- Capsicum Cut Lengthwise – 1
- Cabbage Cut Into Long Pieces – 1/4 Cup
- Cauliflower Chopped – 1/4 Cup
- Green Chili Chopped – 1-2
- Chili Sauce – 1 Tsp
- Soya Sauce – 1 Tsp
- Tomato Sauce – 1 Tbsp
- Vinegar – 1 Tsp
- Noodles Masala – 1 Tsp
- Cooked Rice – 1 Bowl
- Oil – 3 Tbsp
- Salt – As Per Taste
Rice Noodles Recipe
To make rice noodles, boil them, put them in a strainer, and wash them with cold water. After this, cut onion, cabbage, garlic, capsicum, and cauliflower and keep them separately. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame; add long chopped onion and garlic and fry till the onion turns light pink.
When the onion turns pink, add chopped vegetables like cabbage, capsicum, and cauliflower and cook all the vegetables well for 2-3 minutes with the help of a ladle. When the vegetables become soft, add chilli sauce, soy sauce and tomato sauce and cook for some time.
After this, add rice noodles and let them cook well for 2 minutes. After this, add cooked rice, mix well, cover the pan, and cook for 5 minutes. Your tasty hot rice noodles are ready to be served.
