He hired a nutritionist in Houston from where he was getting all the weight loss guidance. The nutritionist then discovered that Adnan is an emotional eater who eats when he is happy or when he is sad.

Adnan had to give up white rice, bread and all junk food. Instead of all this, he started focusing on eating more salads. Also, he started eating tandoori fish and boiled dal while adding less oil to all dishes. Apart from this, homemade popcorn without butter was also included in the diet.
