Leaders of Maharashtra’s opposition parties, NCP and Shiv Sena, tried to enter the Maharashtra border adjoining Belagavi. During this, he was taken into custody. Leaders of both parties were trying to enter Belagavi. Today was the first day of the 10-day session of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly.
NCP leader Hasan Mushrif and Shiv Sena’s Kolhapur district president Vijay Devane were taken into custody by the police. Elections are going to be held in Karnataka next year. In such a situation, the Bommai government also does not want to be seen stepping back on this issue.

Apart from 4000 police personnel, 6 SPs, 11 ASPs, 43 Deputy SPs and 95 Inspectors have been deployed in Belagavi. Apart from this, 241 police sub-inspectors have also been put on duty.
