Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit America on June 22 and will be hosted by US President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden at a state dinner, said Karine Jean-Pierre. The White House said, “The upcoming visit will reaffirm the deep and close partnership between the United States and India and the warm bonds of family and friendship that bind Americans and Indians together.”
He said that PM Modi’s visit would reiterate the two countries’ shared commitment to a free, open, prosperous and secure Indo-Pacific region. This will reinforce our shared resolve to enhance our strategic technology partnership, including defence, clean energy and space.
Many Topics Will Be Discussed During The Meeting
A statement issued by the White House said that during the meeting with US President Biden, the two leaders will discuss further expanding our educational exchanges and people-to-people ties. We will also work together to face challenges ranging from climate change to workforce development and health security.
