Finding a house in Bangalore, the Silicon Valley of India, is challenging. You can find God but not the house of your mind and budget in Bangalore. Even if you find a house after a lot of searching and sweating, it is tough to fulfil the conditions of the landlord of that house.
Something similar is now going viral on social media. A user on Twitter shared screenshots of a WhatsApp chat, claiming that a landlord in Bengaluru refused to give a house to his cousin just because his 12th marks were low.
“Marks don’t decide your future, but it definitely decides whether you get a flat in banglore or not” pic.twitter.com/L0a9Sjms6d

Twitter user Shubh tweeted that the broker first told his brother that the landlord had agreed to rent his house to you. But first, you send your Linkedin or Twitter profile, joining letter, 10th and 12th mark sheet, and a copy of your Aadhaar and PAN card. After this, the young man did the same. The broker also asked the young man to send a short profile about himself. The young man sent all the information sought by the landlord.
The Landlord Is A Retired Professor From IIM
After this, the next day, the broker tells the young man that the landlord has rejected his profile. Because his numbers are less in 12th, the young man has 75% marks in 12th class, but the landlord will rent his house to the one with at least 90% marks in 12th. Shubh said that the landlord had told his cousin’s brother the rent of his home at Rs 80,000 monthly. Along with this, the landlord is a retired professor from IIM.
