Indian Army Soldiers Did Yoga At 13,862 Feet; The Video Will BLOW YOUR MIND!

International Yoga Day 2023: Today (June 21), International Yoga Day is celebrated worldwide. On the 9th International Yoga Day, Indian Army soldiers performed yoga at Pangong Tso Lake in Ladakh. Let us tell you that the theme of Yoga Day differs yearly.

This time, the 9th International Yoga Day theme has been kept on ‘One World, One Health’ on the principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. On the 9th International Day of Yoga, Chief of Defense Staff General Anil Chauhan and Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhary performed yoga with defence personnel at the Air Force Station.

At the same time, the jawans on the banks of Pangong Tso Lake, located at an altitude of more than 4 thousand meters above sea level in Ladakh, inspired the country and the world yoga by practising yoga. The Indian Army has shared this yoga practice’s video on social platforms.

Let us tell you that on Yoga Day, ITBP jawans did yoga in the remote areas of Ladakh. Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel performed yoga in Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh. Indian Army soldiers perform yoga in Sikkim on the 9th International Yoga Day.

Indian Army personnel organized International Yoga Day celebrations at Rohtang Pass in Himachal Pradesh at an altitude of 14,000 feet. In Ladakh and Sikkim, pictures of army soldiers doing yoga thousands of feet above the ground level have come to the fore, which are eye-catching.

On the occasion of International Day of Yoga, the Poonch Brigade of the Indian Army performed yoga in Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir. People perform underwater yoga on International Yoga Day in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu.
