Hydrogen Train in India: The government of India is constantly making efforts to promote railways. Railways Is Preparing 14.50 KM Track Every Day
Indian Railways is now preparing to operate trains with hydrogen gas. Yes, the Railway Board informed us that the first hydrogen train will be started in India by the end of this year, i.e., 2024, and in this sequence, hydrogen trains will be flagged off further.
According to the information, by 2047, Indian Railways will increase the number of such trains to 50. A large part of the budget of Rs 1.8,00,000 crore has been allocated for security. Also, according to the board’s information, the railway is preparing a track of 14.50 km every day, and preparations for hydrogen trains and bullet trains are also in full swing in the country.
Where Will The First Hydrogen Train Run By The Indian Railways
For this, the place and route have also been selected. This route will be from Jind to Sonipat in Haryana. That is, the first hydrogen train will run between Jind and Sonipat. Its work is also almost complete. Passengers can also enjoy the Darjeeling, Kalkar, Shimla, and Nilgir Mountain hydrogen trains. Not only this, but it is also special because all the trains that will run on the tracks of India will also be made in India. Hydrogen trains run on fuel cells, which reduces pollution. Hydrogen trains are believed to become a symbol of Green India and will bring about big changes in the coming years.
