Delhi One-Way Traffic Rule: Delhi-NCR is facing the brunt of pollution. The air here has become so toxic that it is difficult to breathe. People have to use masks throughout the day. Also, it has been decided to run school-college classes online. Meanwhile, a new traffic rule has been implemented in Delhi. One-way traffic rules have been implemented on a road in the national capital. An order has been issued in this matter by the Delhi Traffic Police.
One-Way Traffic From Sujan Mohinder Road To Mathura Road
This decision has been taken to reduce road traffic and ensure vehicle movement. Under this, one-way traffic rules have been implemented for all vehicles connecting Sujan Mohinder Road to Mathura Road in the southeast. Deputy Commissioner of Traffic Police S.K. Singh said in the order that until further orders, all cars will move in the same direction from Sujan Mohinder Road to Mathura Road.
GRAP-4 Rules Implemented
Let us tell you that GRAP-4 rules have been implemented to deal with pollution in Delhi. Under this rule, Delhi Traffic Police issued 4,474 challans for old cars and cars without a Pollution Control Certificate (PUCC) on the first day. According to Special CP (Traffic) Ajay Chaudhary, GRAP-III was implemented on November 15. Since then, 14,068 PUCC challans have been issued, and 448 overage or end-of-life (ELV) petrol and diesel vehicles have been seized.

What Is Delhi’s AQI?
Delhi’s Air Quality Index (AQI) has reached around 500. This means the pollution level has reached a severe level, equivalent to smoking more than 30 cigarettes. It is worth mentioning that a 0-50 AQI level is considered better.
