Amul Milk Price Up Rs 2 Per Litre, But LPG Cylinder Gets Cheaper

The results of the Lok Sabha elections in 2024 have not even been declared yet, and the country’s people have been shocked by inflation. Gujarat Milk Marketing Federation has increased the price of Amul milk by Rs 2. These new increased prices on milk will come into effect from Monday (June 3).

According to GCMMF, the cost of all milk except the Amul Taaza pouch has increased by Rs 2 per litre. The increased prices include Amul Gold, Amul Taaza and Amul Shakti. Let us tell you what the cost of Amul milk will be from now on.

How Much Will Milk Be Sold Per Liter From Now On?

According to GCMMF, the price of Amul Gold (500 ML) has now increased from Rs 32 to Rs 33. At the same time, the cost of a 500 ml pouch of Amul Taaza has increased from Rs 26 to Rs 27. Amul Shakti 500 ML has increased from Rs 29 to Rs 30. However, the prices of Amul Taaza small pouches have not been increased.

After the new price is released, people will have to pay Rs 66 for a litre of milk…which was sold for Rs 64 per litre before the elections. The commoner’s budget always gets disturbed when the price of milk increases. In such a situation, inflation has again hit the stomach of low-income people.

Did The Prices Of LPG Cylinders Also Increase?

A day before this, oil marketing companies saw a big cut in the prices of commercial gas cylinders. According to the company’s website, the price of a 19 kg LPG cylinder was cut. After the latest change, the 19 kg commercial gas cylinder has become cheaper by Rs 69.50 in Delhi, Rs 72 in Kolkata, Rs 69.50 in Mumbai, and Rs 70.50 in Chennai from June 1.
