In the film Thank You for Coming, Bhumi Pednekar plays the role of a girl who keeps searching for love all her life and meets strange people. She also has nude and orgasm scenes in the movie. Bhumi talked about this in a conversation with News 18 Showsha. She said, ” I think the orgasm scene has been shot beautifully. Karan told me that it would be visible only on my face.”
Searching For Love, Not Orgasm
Bhumi says that my character was not running after orgasm but was searching for love. Kanika keeps blaming herself for not getting love and meeting strange people. She feels incomplete. We blame ourselves because we are always made to feel that we are not good enough. It is we who are lacking, not the boys.
Had Faith In The Audience
Regarding the nude scene of Thank You for Coming, Bhumi looks at herself in the mirror without clothes. Did she hesitate in doing this scene? To this, Bhumi replied, I did not think so. For some reason, I had faith in the audience and the fans I had earned. If you oversee the scene, you will not see anything. There was only the figure, and I was fully dressed.
