According to the data, the government life insurance company has 13,90,920 agents nationwide. Among the big states, Uttar Pradesh has the maximum number of LIC agents, more than 1.84 lakh. Their average monthly income is Rs 11,887.

According to the data, Maharashtra has more than 1.61 lakh LIC agents. Their average monthly income is Rs 14,931. West Bengal has the third-largest number of LIC agents. There are 1,19,975 agents there, whose average monthly income is Rs 13,512. Tamil Nadu has 87,347 LIC agents whose average monthly income is Rs 13,444. Karnataka has 81,674 agents whose average monthly income is Rs 13,265.

The number of LIC agents in Rajasthan is 75,310, and their monthly income is Rs 13,960. According to LIC data, there are 63,779 agents in Madhya Pradesh whose average monthly income is Rs 11,647.
