Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal Bought Two Lands In Delhi, You Will Be Shocked To Know The Price!

Deepinder Goyal, CEO of online food delivery company Zomato, has made a deal for two big plots in Delhi. Deepinder Goyal has purchased 5 acres of land in the Mehrauli area of Delhi. Both these deals were completed in 2023, for which the entire amount of Rs 79 crore has been paid. The CEO of Zomato has also paid a total of Rs 5.24 crore as stamp duty for this land deal.

When Was The Deal Done?

According to the Money Control report, Deepinder Goyal completed the land deal on March 28, 2023. He purchased 2.5 acres of land in Luxalon Building Private Limited. This deal cost Rs 29 crore, of which Rs 1.74 crore was paid as stamp duty.

Apart from this, the second land deal was completed on September 1, 2023, in which the CEO of Zomato purchased 2.53 acres of land from Ravi Kapoor for Rs 50 crore. Both these lands are located in Dera Mandi village of Chhatarpur area of Delhi. For the second land worth Rs 50 crore, Rs 3.50 crore has been given as stamp duty. However, Zomato has no official information on these two land deals.

In the last few months, many well-known individuals and business people in the country have made many expensive property deals in the capital, Delhi, and the NCR area. Ease My Trip co-founder Rikant Pitti purchased commercial property worth Rs 99.34 crore in the Gurugram area adjacent to Delhi.

Apart from this, Lenskart owner Piyush Bansal has bought a luxurious house for Rs 18 crore in the Neeti Bagh area, one of the posh areas of Delhi. MakeMyTrip Group CEO Rajesh Magow bought an apartment worth Rs 32.60 crore in DLF Magnolias in Gurugram.
