Adani Group’s ₹7.5 Lakh Crore Plan, Rajasthan To Get Green Energy Boost

Karan Adani: Managing Director of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ) Karan Adani said that Adani Group will invest Rs 7.5 lakh crore in Rajasthan in the next five years. A three-day ‘Rising Rajasthan Investor Summit’ is being organized in Jaipur. Karan Adani made this announcement at the inaugural ceremony on Monday.

Let us tell you that Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the program. Other dignitaries, including state CM Bhajan Lal Sharma, were present. In his address, Karan Adani said that ‘green jobs’ are coming to Rajasthan. He said he would invest in many infrastructure projects here in the next few years.

World-class Facility Will Be Developed At Jaipur Airport

Karan Adani further clarified that Adani Group will build the state’s largest integrated green energy ecosystem, including projects like 100 GW of renewable energy, 2 million tonnes of hydrogen, and 1.8 GW of pump-hydro storage. He said the Adani Group aims to improve the state’s connectivity and develop world-class facilities at Jaipur airport to promote tourism.

4 New Cement Plants Will Be Started

Karan Adani said that apart from energy, the group aspires to become India’s largest cement company, in which Rajasthan will play an important role; we will set up 4 new cement plants in this state to create an additional capacity of 6 million tonnes per annum. Apart from this, Karan Adani, in his address, emphasized the possibility of change through investment given the rich heritage, natural resources and growing confidence of investors in the state.

India’s GDP Exceeded Rs 3 Lakh Crore

Karan Adani said the NSE Nifty has reached 23000 points from 8000 points. He said that under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, India has made progress, and now only 11% of the population lives in poverty, compared to 23% earlier. He said that during the last decade, India’s GDP has exceeded Rs 3 trillion, and during this period, India has invested 8 trillion US dollars.
