Kawasaki has launched an updated version of one of its bikes, the Kawasaki ZX-4R. Apart from mechanicals, many other changes have been made to the model, including a new colour option. Kawasaki ZX-4R 2025: Price in India
The new Kawasaki ZX-4R costs Rs 30,000 more than the previous model. It was launched in India for Rs 8.79 lakh. It has a powerful engine. In the Indian market, it will compete with big models like the Triumph Daytona 660 (Rs 9.72 lakh) and Suzuki GSX-8S (Rs 9.25 lakh).
Kawasaki ZX-4R 2025: Engine
A four-cylinder 399 cc engine powers the new Kawasaki ZX-4R. This engine generates 75.9 hp of power (or 77 hp with ram air) and 39 Nm of torque. The bike’s engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The bike has a tubular steel frame. It is equipped with Showa suspension at both the front and rear. At the same time, 290 mm rotors were used at the front for braking performance, and a dual disc setup was provided.
Kawasaki ZX-4R 2025: Features
The new Kawasaki ZX-4R has a 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity and four different riding modes. For an additional Rs 63,000, it is available with extra features like a quick shifter and preload-adjustable suspension. The new bike is available in three new colour schemes: Lime Green, Ebony, and Pearl Blizzard White. In addition, it has been specially offered in a sleek black finish.
The bike has 17-inch alloy wheels with 120-section front and 160-section rear tyres. Both models have the same 135-mm ground clearance, 800-mm seat height, and 189-kg kerb weight.
