Hyundai IONIQ 6 Prices Announced, Will Run 614 Km On 1 Charge, See Features

Hyundai has finally taken the wraps off the IONIQ 6 EV electric car. The South Korean auto company has introduced the latest car in the UK market. This car has been developed on the company’s Electric Global Model Platform (E-GMP). Its starting price is 46,745 pounds (about Rs 47.24 lakh), which is the price of the premium rear-wheel drive model. At the same time, the price of the Ultimate rear-wheel drive variant is 50,245 pounds (about 50.77 lakh rupees).

Hyundai IONIQ 6 EV is equipped with the company’s Smart Sense advanced driver assistance system, which gives you safety on the road. It will get the Highway Driving Assist 2 (HDA 2) feature, which keeps an equal distance from the vehicle in front of the highway.

Apart from this, safety features like Blind Spud Collision Assist, Forward Collision Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, Parking Collision Avoidance and Rear Cross Traffic Collision will also be available.

The new electric car will get a 12.3-inch TFT LCD digital cluster and a 12.3-inch TFT LCD infotainment touchscreen. Both have been combined on a single screen, where you can see all the information. Apart from this, features like 20-inch alloy wheels, LED lights, flush fitting door handles, ventilated seats, electric sunroof, surround-view camera, Bose premium sound system and electrically adjustable and heated front seats will be available.

The latest electric car comes with two driver powertrain options. It gets a rear-wheel drive powertrain and all-wheel drive powertrain options. Hyundai’s new electric car is equipped with 77.4kWh battery power, in which the 800v charging system of the E-GMP platform has been given. According to reports, this car comes with 350kW ultra-fast charging capacity.

With a 77kWh battery, this car can run 514 kilometres on a single charge. On the other hand, the Extended Range model will cover a distance of 614 kilometres once fully charged. With the ultra-fast charging feature, you can charge this car from 10 to 80 per cent in 18 minutes. The top speed of the latest electric sedan is 185 kmph.
