In Madhya Pradesh’s Ujjain, a BJP leader’s nose was chopped off by a Chinese manjha. He is admitted to the hospital for treatment. The leader’s lip has also been cut with the manjha. Doctors have said about surgery. After receiving the complaint, the police registered a case against the unknown.
Were Going By Bike, Got Stuck In Chinese Manjha
The name of the BJP leader injured by Chinese manjha is Vishnu Porwal. Porwal is the office minister of BJP’s Deendayal Mandal. The incident happened on Friday, 13 January. Vishnu Porwal was going to a program by bike. Meanwhile, on the way, a Chinese manjha suddenly got stuck on his face. The leader’s nose and lips were cut off from the manjha.
Vishnu Porwal was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment. It is being told that he has been seriously injured. Doctors have said to do surgery. In this case, a case has been registered against the unknown accused at Ujjain’s Madhav Nagar police station.
On the other hand, the Indore police have informed about action being taken against two traders selling Chinese manjha under Rasuka (National Security Act). The police said that those who sell the string, which is banned, will not be spared. Recently, there was news of bulldozers demolishing the houses of two traders accused of selling Chinese manjha in Ujjain. The police are continuously nabbing those who buy and sell Chinese manjha.
Ban On Chinese Manjha Proving Fatal
Due to Chinese manjha, news of one or the other accident often comes. The reason is that in Chinese Manjha, pieces of glass are melted and applied to the kite’s string. So that others’ kites can be cut easily. But this ‘science’ is deadly. Many people have even died due to this.
In many states, including Madhya Pradesh, instructions have been given to take strict action against those selling Chinese manjha and flying kites from it. Despite this, the use of Chinese Manjha is not stopping.
