Rishabh Pant Car Accident: Team India’s star wicketkeeper and batsman Rishan Pant has been seriously injured in a car accident. Pant was travelling in his Mercedes AMG GLE 43 4Matic coupe, which hit a guardrail near Hammadpur Jhal at Roorkee’s Narsan border, and the accident occurred. The car caught fire after the accident.
According to media reports, the accident happened at around 5:30 am. After the incident, the local people on the spot took Pant out of the car, called 108 and took him to the hospital. He is currently undergoing treatment in Dehradun.

It is a 5 seater car, powered by 2996 cc, V shape 4 cylinders, 4 valve/cylinder, DOHC petrol engine. It was mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission. It also came with paddle shifters.
