iQOO is planning to launch its new smartphone. iQOO 13 is expected to launch soon, as there have been many recent leaks and rumours. A tipster has claimed that the successor to the iQOO 12 may have significant design changes. Another tipster has revealed the specifications of this potential handset, which includes all the information related to the processor, display, camera, battery and charging. The special thing is that the iQOO 12 was first introduced in China in November 2023 and was launched in India in December.
Tipster Gave Information
As tipster Panda Bald posted on Weibo, the iQOO 13 may include a light-strip design. This design will likely have a large light strip like the first generation of iQOO smartphones, embedded about 1mm deep in the glass rear panel.
This seems to differ from the current iQOO 12 design, which has a square rear camera module.
iQOO 13 Specifications
Tipster Yogesh Brar has posted some key information about the expected specifications of the iQOO 13. He said the phone will have a 6.78-inch 2K OLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. It will be based on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC. The phone is also IP68-rated to protect it from dust and water.
iQOO 13 Camera
The tipster said the iQOO 13 will have a triple rear camera unit, including a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 50-megapixel second shooter. At the same time, this phone will include a 50-megapixel telephoto lens, which will come with 2x optical zoom support. The handset’s front camera can be equipped with a 16-megapixel sensor. The phone can have a 6,000mAh battery, supporting 100W wired fast charging.
