Also, dividends for the financial year 2023-24 can be announced on the same day. Apart from this, the Board of Directors can also issue bonus shares on Friday.

NSE said on Monday that as per SEBI rules, the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 3. During this time, along with issuing bonus shares, the decision to increase the official share capital of the company can also be discussed. NSE is considered a strong pillar of the progress of the Indian economy. This was the first exchange in the country to start electronic or screen-based trading. NSE changed the share trading experience by beginning this work in 1994. Along with this, the confidence of investors and the way of investment have also changed due to the use of technology. NSE has also increased transparency and efficiency.
BSE Stock Fell Badly
The stock of BSE, the country’s oldest stock exchange, closed with a significant fall on Monday, April 29. As soon as the market opened in the morning, the BSE stock had fallen by about Rs 600 or 19 per cent to Rs 2612 from its previous closing price of Rs 3,210. This is the biggest fall in BSE shares in a single trading session. There was a slight improvement in it in the evening. Despite this, the BSE stock closed at Rs 2771.25, with a decline of 13.68 per cent.
