Dhoni Becomes Brand Endorser Of EMotorad
Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been investing in many start-ups for a long time. Another name has been added to the list of Dhoni’s investments. Dhoni has invested in many companies, such as fitness start-ups Tagda Raho and Khatabook and used car retailer Cars24. Now, Dhoni has also started investing in EMotorad. While talking to E-Times, Kunal Gupta, founder of EMotorad, confirmed the news of his association with Dhoni.
Start-ups Will Increase With Dhoni’s Addition
Speaking to E-Times, the founder of EMotorad said that the company had raised Rs 164 crore in Series B round funding from Panthera Growth Partners in November 2023, which could raise equity of $ 20 million. Kunal Gupta further said that associating with Mahendra Singh Dhoni will increase people’s confidence in e-bikes, and people will also know more about the brand.

Regarding this new start-up, Mahendra Singh Dhoni believes that we live in an era where everyday inventions give a new shape to sustainable development. Dhoni also says he is a big fan of such companies that participate in sustainable development. EMotorad has more than 350 dealers across the country. There are also 10 experience centres.
In the financial year 2023-24, EMotorad made sales worth Rs 140 crore. In the last financial year, this sale was around Rs 115 crore. The company has set a sales target of Rs 270 crore for the next financial year 2024-25.
