Slogans Of ‘Kohli-Kohli’ Started After Seeing Naveen Ul Haq In The Live Match, Video Going Viral

There was a clash between Afghanistan’s fast bowler Naveen Ul Haq and Indian batsman Virat Kohli in IPL 2023, after which Indian fans started trolling Naveen Ul in the name of Virat Kohli. Now, even in the World Cup match, slogans of Kohli-Kohli were raised after seeing Naveen Ul Haq. This incident happened in the match played between Afghanistan and Bangladesh.

The third match of the India-hosted ODI World Cup was played between Afghanistan and Bangladesh at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamshala. The video of this match is going viral on social media, in which the spectators sitting in the stands are chanting slogans in the name of Virat Kohli after seeing Naveen Ul Haq.

It can be seen in the video that as soon as Naveen comes near the boundary line for fielding, the spectators present in the stands start chanting ‘Kohli-Kohli’. However, Naveen does not give any reaction to this. The match between India and Afghanistan in the World Cup will be played on October 11 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi, where it is almost sure that Kohli and Naveen Ul will play against each other.

Afghanistan Lost The Match

Bangladesh defeated Afghanistan by 6 wickets in the match. Batting first, Afghanistan was all out for 156 runs in 37.2 overs. Rahmanullah Gurbaz played the biggest inning of 42 runs for the team. Six batsmen of the team could not even cross double figures.

In reply, the Bangladesh team came to bat and registered its first win of the World Cup by achieving the target of 4 wickets in just 34.4 overs. For the team, Najmul Hossain Shanto played an inning of 59*, and Mehidy Hasan Mirax played an inning of 57 runs. Mehidy Hasan also took 3 wickets in bowling. He was awarded the title of Player of the Match for his excellent all-round performance.
