The Film Replaced Nushrratt Bharuccha
Ananya Panday has replaced Nushrat Bharucha for ‘Dream Girl 2’. The first part of Dream Girl was a huge success; the film tickled the audience’s fancy. Nushrratt Bharuccha was cast with Ayushmann Khurrana in this film, everyone liked the onscreen pairing of both, but the makers have cast Ananya instead of Nushrratt for Part-2.
Nushrratt Bharuccha Said On Not Being Cast
Recently, when Nushrratt was asked about this topic, she said, Yaar hum human hain. Everyone has pain; everyone has disappointment. No one has understood who casts an actor in a film and who gets cast. Why they didn’t cast me, only they (the makers) can answer.
The actress further said I would like to say that I love working with Ayushmann and director Raj. We had a blast in the first part of Dream Girl. It is expected that Dream Girl-2 will also blast. Had I been there, there would have been even more blasts. Ananya has not yet responded to this comment.
