In IPL 2023, fun matches are being played for spectators daily. On 6th April, a great match was played between Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bangalore at Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
Kolkata won in a very spectacular way by 81 runs. After the victory of his team KKR, Shahrukh Khan, who was present in the stadium, was happy. He also did a heartwarming act in the RCB camp. The video of KKR’s victory is becoming fiercely viral on social media.
King Khan Hugs Kohli After The Win
Batting first at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata, the Knight Riders team scored 204 runs on the board thanks to brilliant innings from Shardul and Rinku. Chasing the target of 205 runs, Royal Challengers Bangalore got off to a good start. Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis added 40 runs together in 4 overs.
Then after that, veteran spinner Sunil Narine came to change the game in the 5th over. He bowled Kohli on the very first ball. Faf du Plessis also got bowled and returned to the pavilion on the first ball of the next over.
After the dismissals of Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis, none of the RCB batsmen was seen staying at the crease. RCB could not even play the full 20 overs before the brilliant spin bowling of Varun Chakraborty, Sunil Narine and Suyash Sharma. KKR won the match by 81 runs.
After the victory, Shah Rukh Khan, in the stadium, was seen beaming joyfully. After this, he went to the RCB camp and hugged Virat Kohli. The video of KKR’s grand victory celebration goes viral on social media.
